Prime location: bordering Williamsburg to the west and crossing Central Avenue, with express trains 2-3 stops to Manhattan (J/M/L close by). Tenants here get both a hip and convenient living experience in a spirited residential neighborhood (shout-out to beautiful Spanish-speaking locals) known for fun distractions. The building has a nice rooftop if you are a smoker or enjoy partying.

Potential downsides to consider: The room is about half the size of a standard bedroom, although it’s on the larger end. There’s also a chance of hearing loud music and the bounce from nearby bars on weekends from Thursday to Saturday.

Great roommates: chill, civil, have lives, diverse in talents, and excellent in morals. The existing roommates are one woman and three men, all aged between 20 and 30.

Requirements: We’re looking for a responsible and communicative roommate who adheres to the basic rules of a co-living space. The ideal candidate should be drug-free and willing to comply with quiet hours at night (after 10:30 PM).
