Looking for a roommate to share a unique and spacious apartment with a backyard, in-unit washer/dryer, and dishwasher. One roommate had to relocate, and we’re looking for someone to take over their room for the remainder of the lease, with the option to renew if it’s a good fit.

The room is unfurnished and very large—easily fits a king bed and still has space for a small living area or workspace. It feels more like a small studio within the apartment.

The apartment is a 3-bedroom, 1-bath shared with one roommate and includes:

-- Fully furnished living room
-- Well-stocked kitchen
-- Shared backyard
-- Heat and hot water included
-- Utilities (electric and internet) split

You’ll be sharing the space with one roommate who uses two of the bedrooms for their living space and creative work. The home is LGBTQIA+ affirming, and we’re looking for someone who values inclusivity, respect, and a calm, considerate shared environment.

The sublet details are:

-- Flexible move-in, ideally between April 17th and May 1
-- $1,700/month
-- One person only
-- No pets preferred (may be considered case-by-case with a deposit)

-- Option to renew for the right fit
