Huge Room(studio-like)+Private Bath-Prime location

Hey there!

I'm renting the big bedroom (studio size, semi-independent) of my 2BR 2B duplex apartment in Bushwick (only shared with me) starting May 1st - May 15th.

•$1,600/month + Utilities (~$150 each)
•Renting month to month, long term. To move in: rent + deposit (same than rent)+proof of income + references
•1 block from Myrtle/Broadway J/M/Z (15 min to the city)
•12-15 min walk to L Morgan Av.
•The apartment: Duplex in a elevated first floor. One floor: main entrance, kitchen, small living room and my living area.
• Your room: Lower level (23'x12') (half-basement) with good natural light, enough space for a bed + living area, a full private bathroom with bathtub, closet, and a separate entrance in addition to the main one. It really feels more like having your own floor.
• LAUNDRY IN THE BUILDING and a communal backyard.
• Supermarkets, restaurants, bars nearby, 15 min walk to Maria Hernández Park.

About me: 32 y/o woman, working in hospitality. I like to do some yoga, cycling, go for walks, go out occasionally for dinner with friends, exhibitions, museums... and once a month or so I like to go out out. I mostly don't bring the party home, but I like to have friends over sometimes. On my days off I usually like to be at home, listen to some music, I like to go bed late and sleep in morning, or work on a DIY project. I'm a plant lover. I'm clean and tidy, respectful, reponsible, easy-going.

I'm looking for someone chill, but organized and clean, kind, no drama, communicative, responsable, honest. Not a crazy party type but neither a hermit. We don't need to be besties but I don't want us to be strangers either! I'm down to watch a movie or any fun plan together. No inside smokers (🍃 included, sorry) (I smoke cigs but always outside).

Key things:
*Preferible someone with a late schedule, or someone who genuinely doesn't care about living with a night owl. Since my days off are on the weekdays I mostly be around the house late night.
*I like to keep the apartment clean and tidy, so someone who doesn't need to be reminded about the house chores.
*Direct/straightforward communication.
