I'm renting the big bedroom of my 2BR 2B duplex apartment in Bushwick starting Jun 1st or Jun 15th.

•$1,600/month + Utilities (~$150 each)
•To move in: rent + deposit +proof of income + background check.

•12-15 min walk to L Morgan Av.

•The apartment:
Duplex in a elevated first floor.
•One floor: (last 2 photos) main entrance, shared kitchen and my living space.
• Your room: (video+3 first photos) Lower level (23'x12') access through spiral stairs, half-basement with good sized windows, natural light, enough space for bed + living area. Full private bathroom with bathtub, closet, and an entrance in addition to the main one.
• Laundry in the building and a communal backyard.
• Supermarkets, restaurants, bars nearby, 15 min walk to Maria Hernández Park.

About me: 32 y/o woman, Colombian, working in hospitality. Plant lover. I'm clean and tidy, respectful, reponsible, easy-going. Very active I like to do some yoga, cycling, go for walks, go out occasionally for dinner with friends, exhibitions, museums... and once a month or so I like to go out out. I mostly don't bring the party home, but I like to have friends over sometimes. On my days off I usually like to be at home, stay up late, listen to some music or work on any DIY project.

About you: organized and clean, drama free, mindful, self aware, responsable, social, fun. No inside smokers (🍃 included, sorry) (I smoke cigs but always outside). Not a crazy party type but neither a hermit. I don't want us to be strangers, I'm down to watch a show or movie or any fun plan together.

KEY THINGS:
*Preferible someone with a late schedule, or someone who genuinely doesn't care about living with a night owl. I'm off on WEEKDAYS, and I'm usually up late.
*Direct communication. No assumptions, no guessing between us.
*I like to keep the apartment clean and tidy, so someone who doesn't need to be reminded about the house chores.
