Looking for one person to take over a room in our 3 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment in Bushwick starting June 1st!

About the apartment:
-1 bedroom available in a 3 bedroom/1bathroom apartment
-rent is $1200/person
-laundry is available in the basement
-the living room is spacious
-there is a dishwasher
-apartment is on the 3rd floor
-10-minute walk from the Knickerbocker M & Gates Ave J
-there is 1 friendly but timid cat (sorry no other pets)
-wifi is $20/month and utilities are usually $50-$70/person
-the available room has a closet and fits a full size bed and a desk

Our ideal roommate:
-has stable income
-is a non-smoker
-values cleanliness and boundaries
-is ok with splitting the cost of cleaning supplies, toilet paper, etc
-does not bring the party home

About us:
Teddy (28, she/her)
Teddy is a dog groomer that spends most of her time outside of the apartment. When she is home she is usually resting.

Cristina (30, she/her)
Cristina is a thrift store manager and also has a small jewelry business. She has a 4-year-old cat named Puddle. Cristina tends to keep to herself but is open to conversations and causal hangs every now and then. She works long days and often vends at art markets so she is out of the apartment a lot of the time.
