Room in 2bed loft with studio/workspace upstairs

Hi! I’m looking for a roommate to sublet a room in my 2-bed loft starting June 1st. Looking preferably to live w 25-30 yo queer people/femme artists or gay men that are into new media, touchdesigner, 3D art, blender, music, creative tech or any other computer/freelance work since we can share the loft area and have an office/studio space

This is a 1 year long-term sublet and I’m open for you to see if you’d want to extend or not afterwards! You would be paying $2350 (+ a months deposit) for the room as well as access to all the amenities. Your room is unfurnished and has a massive closet with a storage closet on top of it, an AC/Heater and a big window with tons of natural light.

The building has laundry, trash rooms in every floor, a big rooftop, a gym, a pool, sauna, common room and garage, a mail room, and its at the border between ridgewood and bushwick, a 5 min walk from the Halsey St L stop, as well as bars, coffee shops and restaurants, a park, music recording places and some going out spots.

About me: Hi, im Bea! Im an artist from Spain and i’ve lived in nyc since 2020, i currently work in design and ive been doing touchdesigner and other computer visual work too. I love going to music shows, writing poetry, playing the bass and I have a two year old cat named ash, shes super cuddly and has never given me a problem.

I am happy to adapt and work things out with whatever your lifestyle is, and also open to redecorating or figuring out what looks good with you!
