Tidy and Cute Bushwick Summer Sublet with Rooftop!

Looking to sublet my fully furnished room in Bushwick this summer (end of May through end of August)! The room is located on its own floor, right next to the kitchen, and includes a private bathroom, which is perfect for added comfort and privacy. All of my personal items will be removed by the time you move in!

The apartment is just a 3-minute walk from the Myrtle-Broadway subway station, making it super convenient for getting around the city. There’s also a laundromat right on the same block.

The space has great amenities, including access to a rooftop on the third floor with brand new patio furniture and a small terrace on the second floor, which is perfect for relaxing or getting some fresh air (sorry, I am out of town currently and only have photos of the terrace and roof from when we moved in). The apartment also has a fully furnished kitchen and a dining area with a table.

You’ll be living with super quiet, clean, and respectful female roommates from Pace University and Hunter College who are out of the house most of the day, so it’s a very peaceful environment. There’s also a very friendly cat in the apartment!
