1 bedroom available in 4bed/4bath Bushwick apartment

One room available in a 4 bed/4 bath apartment in Bushwick, Brooklyn for a June 1st move in! May be some wiggle room for an earlier move in.

Rent is $1332.50 a month for 11 months, with the final month free at the end of the lease.

-40x rent & good credit needed to apply!

-first months rent & security deposit due move in.

The room/apartment:

~room fits a queen bed and has space for desk/dresser

~room has a fire escape & small balcony

~ample closet/storage space in room

~Nice kitchen/living space

~Central AC/Heat

~laundry in basement

~ utilities are not included but range from $40-$150 a month depending on time of year

The area:

~6 min walk from Halsey J or 13 from Wilson L

~Many bus options nearby

~Citibike station down the street

~20-25 min train ride into Manhattan depending on if it’s express!

What we’re looking for:

~woman preferred in their mid-late 20s who is clean/respectful of common areas, as well as someone responsible that pays bills/rent on time! Ideally looking for someone easy going & fun, who would potentially like to be friends or at least friendly with everyone! We’re wanting someone who works in person/hybrid and prefer someone already living in NYC & knows this area well! No pets sadly, no smoking & no couples!

~Sydnee: 26 year old female from South Carolina working as a nanny! I love concerts, coffee and enjoy spending time with family & friends.

~Anne-Marie: 28 year old female from Ireland. I’m a bartender and I love going to see live music.
