we have a spare room 10 minutes from the J and 15 minutes from the L

this is south bushwick, so it's quiet and peaceful. we have a washer/dryer in the basement as well as a small gym (both of which we use comfortably & regularly).

the room is ~100 sq ft w a closet and two big windows with trees and sunlight and street noise is minimal.

adam (23) is studying for a teaching degree and works in education. he likes music, clothes, videogames & probably many other things idk ab. he is very sweet and understanding and also cool.

Passer (baby) is my cat she is amazing incredible standout star celebrity and she is from albania but she came here for school
