Spacious room in quiet Bushwick house

Spacious unfurnished 156 sqft room (~12ft x 13ft/3.7m x 3.9m) and bathroom available in a quiet apartment on the 3rd floor of a Bushwick house with the option to have an additional private room as an office or studio.

My roommate moved out in February and I’m looking for someone to take over the space. The apartment is calm, respectful, and well maintained, and the available rooms have just been cleaned from top to bottom and walls freshly painted. It is an 8 minute walk to the J train and 12 minute walk to the L train.

There are two possible options depending on how much space you’d like:

• Option 1 - $1,600/month: One bedroom and bathroom

• Option 2 - $1,900/month: One bedroom plus an additional
private room (ideal for a home office/studio) and bathroom


Utilities are not included and gas (National Grid), internet (Verizon Fios), and electricity (Con Edison) range throughout the seasons from $125 - $200.

Your roommate is a young professional civil engineer who is respectful, clean, and generally keeps to herself. The apartment tends to be quiet and is a good fit for someone who appreciates a calm and considerate living environment. The plants, bikes, and microwave cart will not be in the apartment at move in.
