Looking for subletter in Bushwick!

I’m looking for someone to sublet the second bedroom in my apartment in Bushwick from April-end of July! The place is large and fully furnished (the room will just have a bed in it, and there is a closet), and it was just renovated 2 months ago. Rent is 1425/mo, and the room is pretty spacious with a fire escape. You’d be close to a lot of delis/corner stores, and there’s a really nice laundromat right down the street. I’m a five-min walk from the L and a 10-min walk from the J. I have a six year old tuxedo cat named Louise, and we’re both very clean. I’m super chill, I just ask that common spaces are kept fairly clean. I’m LGBTQ so I’m ideally looking for someone who is as well, but in general I strongly prefer female roommates.
