Roommate in 2b Apt. $950 Util. Incld. April 1st

I'm looking for a sublet for my extra room starting April1st. I've lived at this location for something like ten years and have had roommates on and off 1-2 years at a time. My current roommate is heading out, and I'm looking for someone to take his place.

I would really appreciate someone long-term or at least for a year~

- No living room
- Inward facing bathroom
- Nice kitchen with large window
- Second floor unit
- 10'x10' square room
- No couples.
- One block from Halsey J
- 10 minute walk to Halsey/Wilson L
- 10 minute walk to C train (Forgot which station~)
- Laundry around the corner.
- Quiet building. Safe neighborhood.
- Lots of bars/restaurants/cafes
- Two blocks from grocery store.
- One block from pharmacy
- No pets and no smoking.
- First and security to move in.

*I'd prefer someone who is cool with no shoes on in the common areas. It's just much easier to keep the floors clean~

A little about me.

I'm a musician; primarily composer, vocalist engineer and producer for various ensembles, artists, film and media. My most known genres are rock, pop, classical, musical theater and film score with emphasis on voice, piano, strings, drums and/or sound design. Most of my work is done at home with headphones on or at a rehearsal studio, but I do practice singing during the day time.

Personality-wise, I keep to myself at home; a bit of a nerd. I'm a gamer and into pop culture. But I am outside quite a lot at odd hours and lengths of time, especially because of my work. So, I guess I'm an introverted extrovert? I'd hide in my room, for the most part but be the life of the party when my band or my friends manage to get me on stage/in the bar.
