Good sized kitchen w/ dishwasher upstairs. smoke friendly. Fast internet. Washer and dryer in building. Central heat and AC.

The roommates:
Kyle (Me) - 33/M & Josh - 29/M. I've had this place for a year and a half now, Josh has been subletting the other room since December. We're both fairly quiet dudes who are gone a lot, but we are both friendly and chill people to live with.

The sublet agreement:
No application fee or credit check or any of that nonsense. Just send me a message telling me about yourself, let me know when you can come tour the place. 1 month security & 1 month rent to move in. Available long term, agreement is month to month, just give me 1 month notice to move out.
