Hi! I’m looking for a roommate to share a peaceful, respectful 3 bd/1bath apartment in Bushwick. The room is available starting April 1 and rent is $1,850/month + utilities.

In/unit washer/dryer, gas stove, washing machine, beautiful unit, new appliances.

LGBTQIA+ friendly home. I value having a space that feels calm, clean, and easy to live in — good communication, no drama, and mutual respect. I do have a cat, so we would need to introduce pets to see if they get along prior to move in.

This is a sober-friendly home. I don’t drink or use substances, and I’m looking for someone who’s comfortable with that and appreciates a grounded home environment.

Ideally you’re employed full-time (or have stable income), financially responsible, and generally tidy. Someone who treats home as a place to recharge — not the afterparty. LGBTQ+ or affirming is important.
