Hello, I was going to move to this room with my name signed onto a one year lease until I had to break the lease before officially moving in because of family issues.

The occupant needs the room filled ASAP and is looking for a female in their 20s who is clean, respectful, has stable income, will pay rent on time, and that she will get alone with.

One private room in a 2 Bed 1 Bath. No pets and no smoking in the apartment. A female roommate is HEAVILY preferred. Professionals also HEAVILY preferred.

Rent is 1400 plus utilities, the place comes with washer dryer in unit, dishwasher in kitchen, and a bathroom with a tub. It's also a 5 minute walk from the halsey L. Close to bars, clubs, delis, restaurants, and a Food Bazaar.

Your room will be the one of the right on the floor plan. The photos I have are from another unit with the same layout in the same building, EXCEPT the first picture, which is of the room before the other roommate moved out.
