Spacious but cozy apartment in Bushwick/Bedstuy

Hi, my name is Saeli and I’m looking for someone to fill a huge private bedroom with an en suite bathroom...and a tub!

The apartment is technically three bedrooms, but the third bedroom is my office since I work from home full time as an entertainment PR professional.

The available bedroom fits a queen or king size bed, depending on how much additional furniture you'd like to have, and it has a walk-in closet. We have a very spacious living room and kitchen with updated fixtures and appliances, including a dishwasher. No washer/dryer in unit but there is one available in the basement of the building for an additional fee. I’m a night owl, pet friendly, and very tidy.

I like to have a pretty low-key home life but I’m quite the extrovert when the time calls for it since I love the music scene and meeting new people. I enjoy cooking, reading, and watching TV, but I prefer to socialize outside of the apartment so I only have friends over occasionally.

Looking for someone to sublet for the remainder of a year-long lease (April 1-December 31) with the option to renew at the end. Ideally hoping for someone that I live well with to join me long-term, as I've been in this apartment for almost six years now (and NYC for almost 8) and it's lovely ☺️ so I am very settled in and hope to remain here for years to come.

We’re on the second floor, but there are only 3 units in the whole building. We’re right between the J and M on the border of Bushwick and Bedstuy and less than a 10 minute walk to heart of Bushwick.

April 1st start date and hoping to secure someone ASAP
