I have to move out of the city to take care of family so I'm looking for a friendly, reliable person to move into my room and take over my lease that ends 7/31/25. The 2 floor unit has 4 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. You're welcome to renew the lease in August if you choose to do so (this is my 2nd year living here).

Your 3 roommates will be 25-35 working males (LGBTQ+ friendly). They are very chill and all have varying work schedules. Your room is on the basement level next to the 0.5 bath and shared living room; all other rooms are upstairs next to the kitchen and full bathroom. The basement floor also has an additional exit so your interactions with them can be minimal if wanted.

The building has access to the balcony and our unit has a backyard. Quiet neighborhood with tons of restaurants, 1 block away from a 24 hour grocery store and 2 blocks from L & M trains.

Only two of us smoke, there's also a lovely cat that's an honorary 5th roommate. If this sounds like a good fit please reach out for more info!
