My roommate is moving out in the end of March and we are looking for a roommate to resign the lease from April to end of July and opportunity to resign if you would like. I work at NYU Langone and one of our other roommates is also an NYU alum! We are a very creative movie music art living household. Would prefer female roommate. The rent is 900 a month with utilities being around 100 including wifi, electricity, and heat. It's a big space and most of us are never in the apartment at the same time as each other .
