L-train Dekalb Ave, on same block with the station

Hello,
I’m looking for a roommate from May 1st.

•the apartment
It’s located on the same block with the station L train Dekalb Ave and 2 mins away.
Supermarket and post office are one block away.
The first floor of the apartment is laundromat.
To get to manhattan is just 11 mins by subway L train.
Ps: the apt is very old 💫

•the room
It’s furnished and 157 square feet.
There is queen size bed and 50inch TV, small couch, coffee table, small refrigerator, built in closet, chair. Wifi is 1G fast fiber internet.
And it is on 3rd floor (walk up) .
Tons of sunlight :)
The apartment is railroad type and there is kitchen/bathroom in the middle and your room and my room is opposite. You have your own entrance.

•the Area
L train Bushwick and very quiet at night.
There are many cafes and restaurants around and night life fun spots as well.

•house rule
I’m looking for a person who keeps the apt very clean !!
It’s no-smoking apt, even e-cigarettes are not allowed. You have to go downstairs outside if you smoke.
We share half of the utilities each other (internet + electric + gas) and it’s around $70-160/person, depends on the season and AC or heat situation. And if I’m barely at the apt for traveling for work like only few days at the apt or completely gone entire month, I only pay half of the internet and you pay full price of electric and gas. Vice versa if you are barely at the apt for traveling, I pay full price of electric and gas.

I’m a 40 years old gaysian makeup artist from Japan.
My English sucks. So communication could be challenging, sorryyyyyy 💫
I travel a lot for work.
I take shower at night very long, like an hour if I’m at home, sorry again haha
