This ad is for a room for rent in a live-in artist's home more so for a shorter limited stay for those buying time or in transition towards a more permanent living arrangement.

This studio home is also an Airbnb short term accommodation residence. So during the warmer months, there will be airbnb traffic in the two front rooms on occasions. And all of the house rules that apply to the airbnb guests will apply to the longer term limited stay resident. Main note is that this studio isn't the best fit for those seeking frequent access to cooking in the kitchen as the kitchen hours for limited kitchen use are after 9 AM to before 9 PM.
Note that this accommodation is not for couples seeking a 2 for 1 room.

The main benefit is that the longer term month-to-month resident will be paying less than the 4100/nightly rates that the airbnb guests do.
