Hi everybody 

 I'm looking for someone to move in to the second bedroom of my 2bed 2bath in Bushwick. Looking for someone at least semi-long term - no need to cosign the lease but I'd ask for a sublettors agreement for at least 6 months. Rent for the room (and private en suite bathroom!) is $2200 not including utilities.

The apartment is amazing; W/D in unit, dishwasher, tons of closet space, and a private(!!) backyard. Located near the Halsey L, so a very easy commute to the city with the benefits of a quieter area of Bushwick AND a park only a block away.

About me: I'm 25 and have lived in this apartment for 2 years. I have a small dog named Shorty who LOVES people and other dogs. She would definitely love to have a new canine roommate, but no cats. Aspiring actor/actual bartender.
