Sunny & Cozy Bushwick Room

I am subletting the second room in my 2 bed/1 bath apartment on the border of Bushwick & Ridgewood (8 min walk from L train at Halsey St & 8 min walk from L/M trains on Myrtle Wyckoff). The pictures show the bedroom as a living room area but it’s a full bedroom with a door and all. The bedroom has both an East and a North facing window as it’s on the corner of our 3rd floor top story unit, so plenty of sunlight comes in all day. Large closet as well with extra storage space on top (the ceilings are super high). A little bit of exposed brick makes the room super cute and cozy. Central air and heat in the unit. Laundry is available in the basement of the apartment complex. The bathroom is shared but it’s spacious with a lot of storage for toiletries and a big bath tub with shower. No living room space but the common area is the large kitchen. The apartment is newly renovated and has a mini dishwasher, microwave, and gas stoves in the shared kitchen space. The neighborhood is residential and a 10 min walk to the heart of Ridgewood. Also about a 10 min walk to Irving Square Park. I have a really sweet and sleepy cat who is very friendly and loves being around people. I’m a very clean pet owner and would love to live with someone who values cleanliness in our shared spaces as well. Plant friendly, cat friendly. First month and deposit required. It would be awesome for someone to take the room from March 1 thru July 31 (end of lease) but am willing to do a shorter stay as well. Send me a message if you are interested in seeing the room!
