3rd floor, Lgbtq-friendly unit, I don't discriminate.

3 Bed, 1 Bath.
- 1 Small room is currently occupied by Me - $875. Construction told me they'd remove the boarding on my window, but they never did. My room's air conditioner doesn't work but the others do.
- The other room's occupied by another roommate. He's an architect, Lgbtq. UPDATE- His work required his relocation.

2 blocks to Manhattan train (L), a direct transit connecting Brooklyn & Manhattan, NY.
The commute is a subway, straight ride from Brooklyn to Manhattan (14 St 8th Avenue).
Directory:
- out the building, turn right.
- turn left, walk 2 blocks.

3 Laundromats within a 2 block radius.
There's in-apt public laundry in the building basement, but there's a gratuitous requirement to use it, some sort of card associated with a laundry machine company. (I don't use it, I do my laundry in 1 of the 3 aforementioned establishments)

As long as we all pay rent; I don't care what you guys do, what your jobs are, who you invite, how loud you can be.

We pay rent through Management's website, after they put you in the system & you create an account associated to the apt unit ($3 bank account transaction fee - Preferred. It's better Not to use a Credit Card bc of a $25 Credit Card transaction fee).

Con Ed is assigned to / WiFi is provided by the other roommate. Unless there're any objections I'm might reactivate my Spectrum account & go get a Wi-Fi service.
