Bushwick private room for rent

Hey! I’m offering a room in Bushwick for a lease takeover starting February 1st. Rent is $1,350/month and the current lease runs until June, with the option to renew if you’re looking to stay long-term.

The apartment is a basement unit with a great layout — the bedrooms are on opposite sides, so you get plenty of privacy. There is one shared bathroom, a shared living room and kitchen, and a private backyard that is only for this apartment (shared just with your roommate — no other units have access).

It’s also in an amazing location — just a 2-minute walk to the J train at Halsey, and despite being so close, you can’t hear the train at all, which is a huge plus.

The apartment is already furnished in the common areas and the room is unfurnished. You’d be sharing with one female roommate (21) — she works bartending nights, studies finance, and is very chill and easy to get along with.

Females preferred. Looking for someone with a credit score of 700+ and annual income of at least $54,000. Guarantors are accepted.
