Room in 3-Bedroom, One Roommate [Bushwick]

Hi there!

My current roommate for this 3-bedroom in Bushwick is moving out, and I'm looking for someone to take his place! Move-in/Lease-Sign is February 14th, but if you need to delay to the month end we can work it out. Your rent would be $1450/mo.

The space is a 3-Bedroom, 1 bathroom, but with only one roomate (myself). I'm self-employed as a photographer and videographer, so I have the slightly smaller of the two main bedrooms, and use the third (very small) bedroom as a studio space/home office, with a small rent differential.

Water included, the wifi is on my name (which we split), and the heating, gas, and electricity need to be transferred from my old roommate (also to be split). Amenities are:
1. Dishwasher in-apartment
2. Paid Washer/Dryer in the basement, though sometimes they have issues, in which case you can use the units in neighboring complex building (same key).
3. Shared Backyard (Multiple entrances)
4. Shared Accessible Rooftop (Stairs lead right up onto it)

The place is in a great location, super close to the J train, and about a 10 minute walk from the L. Close to cafes (Covert Coffee, Sunrise/Sunset), and a bunch of restaurants, bars, and parks.

I'm a sociable artist type, very friendly, and like to hang out with the people I live with, as well as host parties/events every week/few weeks with a crowd of other artists from in and around Brooklyn. I like to keep a clean space, the biggest thing is keeping the kitchen and living room clearn, and dishes out of the sink! I work all hours of the day on jobs and shoots and gigs, and am a night owl for sure. I come and go from the apartment anywhere from 6AM to 1AM, but am always quiet/respectful after-hours, though sometimes I use the kitchen late in the night. I also have a partner that stays over a few nights a week, but never for long stretches.

Looking for someone that has a fun and social vibe, but is also a working professional, bonus points if it's in a creative field. My philosophy on roommates is that you don't have to be best friends, but I always want to live with someone I click with and, particularly, someone who will open up and have a frank conversation if/when theres any friction or conflict. I'm very open, so if there's any issues, I always want to know so we can just work it out!

Speaking of, if you read the whole thing, send me a message and let me know what your worst roommate trait is! Mine is that when I'm hyper-busy with my business, I'm forgetful about leaving things out in shared spaces, but I always come and move my things if you let me know :)

Lastly, please be normal (or at the very least not a creep), write a real hello message, and include real pictures of yourself! I want to know that whoever I'm talking to is a real, interested person, and I won't reply to bot accounts. Thanks!
