Large room

Hi,

I have 3 rooms in a 4 bedroom apartment available. There is a shared kitchen and shared bathroom with a bathtub. The large room (about 11'x16') can accommodate up to a king sized mattress, a large table with chairs and a futon/sofa, has large windows to let in natural lights, and a good sized closet.

The slighter smaller large room (about 10'x10') can accommodate up to a full mattress, with a couch and a table. It also comes with a good sized closet and a skylight that can be opened to let in fresh air.

The smallest room (about 10'x8') faces the street and has a large window to let in natural light. It can accommodate a twin bed and a small desk, lamps and a dresser. There is not a closet in the room.

As for the neighborhood, the apartment has a separate entrance at the top of 2 flights of stairs (the initial flight outside and one on the inside). Outside is the B20. Up the block to the right is the J/Z at Halsey and Chauncey. To the left is the L at Wilson. Both connect to the A/C at Broadway Junction.

There are 2 groceries within walking distance, the closest is 2 blocks up the street. There is a washer and dryer in the shared kitchen of the unit, but if you want there are also 3 laundries within walking distance. There are some restaurants, bars, cafes, and a comedy club within walking distance.

Smoking and pets are definitely not allowed, nor the use of any drugs (including 420). Not sure if I left anything out, please reach out if you have any questions. All rooms are available now.
