Hello! Me and my roommate, Calista, are in need of a new roommate to fill up the 3rd room we have. Cost for the 3rd room is $1316!

We are looking at a move in date on February 1st (you can always try to move in a little bit earlier)

The apartment is located in the Bushwick area off the Central Ave M train and Koushickzo J train. It’s a nice, safe, beautiful area with a lot of access to the subway, grocery stores, cafes, stores, pharmacies, nightlife, etc.

The unit itself has central heat/AC
, a balcony, and a dishwasher with each room with a size to fill a queen sized bed. The specific room needed to be filled has a closet! The building features a shared backyard, roof access, and laundry in building!

Calista (25; she/her) and I (26; she/her) are looking for someone (preferably female, queer male, nonbinary, etc.) with good energy and is clean. We are also pet friendly (Calista has a cat!).
