**About The Home**

The space is shared with Hunny, the house dog and furry security system! No other pets can be accommodated.

**Important note:** One of the roommates has a severe nut allergy, so the kitchen is conscious of cross-contamination

**Ideal Candidate**

- Female age 24+
- Clean, communicative, considerate of shared spaces; willing to contribute to household responsibilities split equally among roommates
- Interested in being a part of a friendly, long-term living situation (hanging out together to get dinner, see a movie, etc about once a month)

**About Your Future Roommates**

- **Ash (27):** recent NYC transplant from Austin, TX! Works from home in tech. Current joys include cooking, hot yoga, and crafting.
- **Liv (24):** also a recent NYC transplant, but from New Jersey (NYer by proxy?)! Works remotely as a copywriter in advertising/branding. Hobbies/Interests are traveling, anime, reading, photography, dancing salsa, and exploring the city!
- **Sophie (27):** raised in NYC and works in healthcare management and commutes to office for work. Interests: going to the movies, fitness, cooking, anime, traveling, writing, going out to music festivals/shows.

**Landlord Requirements**

- Must pass a background check and provide proof of income (30x rent or a guarantor)
- $900 security deposit
