1 block from deli, 2 blocks from grocery store, cafes, and everything you need.

The room is HUGE for this area- fits a dresser, queen bed, bedside table, full desk and still has room for you to do yoga! HUGE closet. Access to a private balcony overlooking a gorgeous courtyard that you share with one other person.

All new kitchen appliances with plenty of storage.
Wood floors throughout the house.

The bathroom is shared with one one other rommate. He is super clean, really nice, and respectful.

You’d be living with two 30 yearold artists - one model, one actor. Everyone does their own thing and the apartment is best suited for someone who’s easygoing and doesn't mind people coming and going.
