Room Avail for Asap Move in - Bushwick/Ridgewood

Freshly painted and cleaned up room in a large first floor unit. This room faces the rear of the building and gets plenty of sunlight through two large windows. You'll be fixed up with a huge closet, complete with shelving, as well as overhead storage (which we also have more of in the hallway). Room has french doors, but these can be easily covered with drapes for your privacy.

The surrounding area offers pretty much everything you might need, being on the border of Ridgewood & Bushwick, you have the best options for coffee, brunch, bars, whatever might be your thing. Commute wise, it's also a fair walking distance from the L & M trains and a few bus routes.

You'll be sharing the space with one roommate (myself) and my shy cat who mostly keeps to herself. (No extra pets at the moment, sorry).
I work mornings and some nights on the weekends, so when I'm home I am usually relaxing or catching up on sleep. I'm in my 30s and a ny native, sober but 420 friendly, and a very huge music enthusiast. I'd prefer someone who's open to getting coffee or something when free as I'm more of a fan of keeping the home environment friendly/chill rather than not knowing each well.
I also don't require someone totally sober, but ask that you please don't bring the party home. (Noise levels I can totally be flexible with).
Lastly please make sure you can make payments consistently on time and that you can agree to splitting household chores for common areas / cleaning up after yourself.
