Cozy room in Bushwick - Jefferson L train stop

My name is Nick and I'm a filmmaker/editor/motion graphics artist looking for a great housemate starting Dec 1st (or end of Nov.).

3 blocks way from the Jefferson L train stop in Bushwick!

Sublease agreement, month to month, just need to give a 30 day notice if wanting to move out (must be interested in at least 3 months)

The apartment is a 4 bedroom, and the three roommates are a filmmaker, actor, model. Very sweet, very chill.

The housemates are also clean, considerate, and respectful of the living space.

The Jefferson L train stop is home to some amazing artists (many I'm fortunate to call friends) and is a special place to be.

The room is on the smaller side but has a window and closet. The room also includes a full size bed (which stays). The photo of the room below is how a previous housemate had set up her room. But, only the bed will stay.

Been living with creatives (filmmakers, artists, and musicians for several years)..and would love to continue that, however anyone is welcome as long as you're a good person.
