Room for Rent

Hi! We’re looking for someone to fill a room in our 3-bedroom apartment. The available bedroom is located on the first floor and offers extra privacy, with two large windows that bring in plenty of natural light and a spacious closet. This level also includes the kitchen and a non-shared bathroom, making it feel like your own personal space within the home.

Rent includes all utilities, Wi-Fi, and free on-site laundry. The apartment is in a safe, convenient neighborhood—just steps away from public transit, grocery stores, cafés, and parks.

We’re hoping to find someone who’s laid-back, social, and easy to get along with. We’re a chill household and don’t mind smoking, loud music, or people hanging out. Ideally, you’re someone who’s respectful of shared spaces, communicates well, enjoys friendly roommate vibes, and contributes to a comfortable, relaxed home environment.
