*Spacious 3 bedroom apartment shared with one other roommate a very chill animator who works from home she spends a lot of time in her room but is clean sweet and we enjoy hanging out and going to the movies.

*The third bedroom is used as a closet and extra space room Nicole and I crafts in there! We also have an external closet set up in there you’ll split!

*Each main bedroom is on the opposite side of the house giving us each our own space and privacy

*The sublease is a 5 month period with a possible option to sign on for another year! A good majority of the apartment furniture is mine so you will have plenty of space to bring in extra furniture you have!

*I will be selling some of the stuff in my room like the ac unit less than a year old the full size bed frame (Black metal) also newer bought in august. A long with more in the main area. Dresser and some things from the living room

*You will be signing a sublease agreement with me so I’ll require proof of employment your last 4 paystubs and proof of paying rent on time for the last 2 months. First and deposit due at lease signing. ($3200)

*Looking for a female roommate. Monthly rent is $1600 utilities not included average monthly bills around $200-300 gas electric and wifi. No Central air. Second floor unit out of 6 in the building main door uses a door code.

*The neighbor hood is full of bars and restaurants its a very lively area!
