Room for rent in a 4 bed, 2 full-bath Bushwick apartment for $1318.75 per month from December 7 through June 30. You will take over my portion of the lease. Move-in is flexible between December 1 and January 1.

• Monthly utilities: $125 (electricity, wifi, etc)
• 2 full bathrooms
• Washer/dryer in unit
• Dishwasher in unit
• Pet-free
• 3rd floor walk up and the room is off-street, facing the backyard
• Cross streets are Halsey and Central, so it’s a 10-15 minute walk to the Halsey L, Wilson L, and Halsey J

Neighborhood: one block from Irving Square Park and short walking distance to many bodegas, coffee shops, restaurants, and popular nightlife spots.

Roommates: three friendly, tidy, and respectful women, all mid-20s professionals, looking for someone similar.

You: a woman in your mid-20s, friendly, keeps shared spaces clean.

Some requirements:
• Must be able to provide proof of income (must make at least 40x the monthly rent or have a guarantor making at least 80x the monthly rent)
• You will need to pay first month’s rent and security deposit once approved and signed
• Must have good credit (there will be a credit check)

I’d be happy to keep this room, especially with such great roommates, but I need to be closer to work given a change in work circumstances.
