Hi! I am looking for someone to take over a private bedroom in a 2 bed / 1 bath apartment in Bushwick / Bed-Stuy. The building is a 2 min walk from the J train and 10-minute walk from the M train. The apartment is somewhat furnished (couch, shoe rack, kitchen items) and the current tenant welcomes any additions you might have for the common areas.

• Private bedroom with 3 windows and decently sized closet - the room is abnormally spacious and even has an area for a desk or additional storage if needed
• Shared kitchen, bathroom, and common area
• Laundry units in basement
• Walking distance to coffee shops, bars, restaurants
• No pets

About the Roommate
You’ll be sharing the apartment with 1 roommate who is a young professional working in recruiting for a financial firm. She’s friendly, respectful, and values a comfortable, chill home environment.

Ideally, looking for someone who is clean, communicative, and considerate of shared spaces.
