Hello! My name is Augustin (Gus) Korsh. I am 26 years old, I live on the border of Bushwick and Bedstuy, and I am looking to replace both of my current roommates/friends: one 25-year-old woman whom I have lived with for two years and one 28-year-old man whom I have lived with for one year. I also have one cat.

I work from home five days a week and I write and record for a living. Ideally, I am looking for two people who work in person five or most days a week. I also keep the apartment extremely clean, that is a requirement.
