Looking for a long-term roommate to join a cozy, quiet apartment in the heart of Bushwick—a peaceful retreat while still being close to all the neighborhood’s energy.

The available room is a private bedroom (same size as the one pictured) and includes a 4x2 ft closet. Photos of the actual room will be shared as soon as it becomes available.

The apartment is a 2.5-bedroom, 1-bath unit, and you’d only be sharing the space with me. Common areas are fully furnished, though I’m open to collaborating on updates or changes to make the space feel like home for both of us.

I’m looking for someone to join me on a 12-month lease starting in May. Utilities (electric, gas, and internet) average about $75/month.

The landlord requires a full application, including a credit check, and tenants must earn 40x their portion of the rent.
