We are looking to find somebody to take over the remaining period of our lease, from June 1st to October 31st. Lease renewal would be possible and coordinated directly with the building management if wanted.

The bedroom is well sized, and can comfortably fit a full mattress. It will be completely unfurnished. It receives fantastic sunlight, and has a lovely outside view of the surround area.

The apartment itself is a 4 bedroom, with a washer/dryer, central air and heat, a dishwasher, and 2 bathrooms. The washer/dryer is on the 4th floor, inside of the apartment. The living room and kitchen area is very spacious, and also receives great light throughout the day.

Security deposit would be required, and is $1225, equivalent to an even 4 way split of the monthly rent. The landlord would perform a background and credit check during the application.
