Hello! We are looking for 1 person to complete our Oct. 1st lease. Looking for women or LGBTQ+ folks who are clean, responsible, and chill.

Cost:
$1,350/month (+1 month rent for deposit)
$80-$100/month Utilities (electric & wifi)
$5-$15/month Shared expenses (trash bags, paper towels, dish soap, etc)

Landlord requirements are an income of 40x the rent and a credit score of 700+.

Us:
3 women and 1 man (gay ✨) between 24-30 y/o. We’ve been living here together for 3 years now. We are all very chill and really do our own things. Two of us have hybrid jobs and split time in the office and two are bartenders/servers/models. We really keep to ourselves, have our own schedules, and mainly see each other in passing. Everyone is super friendly and cool! We don’t throw parties but guests are certainly welcome. No smoking in the apartment. Because we each have our own bathrooms, the primary space we share is the kitchen which really hasn’t been an issue splitting time in for as long as we’ve lived here, however, it does mean that messes can be made quickly since there are 5 people so we NEED someone who can clean up after themselves and share the responsibility of taking out trash/empty dishwasher/etc. If that is not you, then this is not a good fit.

The lease begins on October 1st, but I am moving out early and the room is available starting 9/10. If you want to move in by 9/15 it is a $500 fee (1/2 month rent is $650) or we can prorate based on your selected move in date. Let me know if you are interested in meeting and looking at the space!!
