Looking for a clean, chill & responsible female roommate for lease takeover 5/1/26 - 4/30/27 in Bushwick Ocean Hill area. NO pets, we currently have 2 very friendly cats!

$822 per month for a sunny, cozy bedroom with access to a shared living room/kitchen area, full bathroom & our spacious, beautiful backyard with a fire pit grill!

Utilities:
All Electric, No Gas.

Con Edison bills range between $50-$150/month depending on season, the bills during the colder months are typically higher since heat is electric. We do budget billing so we have the same rate each month all year round.

Wifi is $30/month.

Ideally we are searching for a roommate who:

~has a credit score of 700 & above

~can provide proof of income of at least 40x the listed rent

~ 3 most recent bank statements

~ 3 most recent paystubs

~can cover the first months rent + security deposit.
Total cost for move in: $1644

~is considerate & respectful of others & the space we share

~cleans up after themselves, takes turns with stocking household items, & deep cleans

~can communicate maturely on household related matters including disagreements if they should ever arise

~is 420 friendly (outdoors)

~is ok with cats

~doesn't have loud company past midnight during the week

~doesn't throw parties without discussing in advance

Hey, I'm Amanda! I work FT in office Mon-Thurs or Tues-Fri from about 9am - 7pm. I switch between Mon & Fri for my WFH day. My two cats are very sweet & cuddly, their names are Simba & Luci. I love to keep a peaceful vibe at home. On my free time I like to paint, meditate, watch movies, go on long nature walks, practice some dancing & sing karaoke. I mostly go out on weekends when I'm not busy with errands, and I occasionally like to have a friend or two over.
