Roommate wanted in our 3bed/2bath Bushwick Apt

Looking for a roommate to join in our 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom apartment in Bushwick. It’s on a quiet block a few minutes walk to the J train at Gates Avenue. The living area is large and we have a private back yard. The bedroom available will be unfurnished.

$1,000/mo + shared utilities. Available May 1st. One month deposit is required. Looking for long term roommate (at least 6 months), but could consider shorter terms for the right situation.
