2 Roommates needed for Bushwick Apt 4BD/2BTH

Looking for 2 roommates for a 3rd floor apartment that's close to the J, M and L trains. Roof access, high ceilings with skylights/lots of natural light, central living room and kitchen, shared storage closet in the living room.
Coin laundry in the basement via outside access, but there is also a laundromat right around the corner that most of us use. Virtual doorman. Central heat/air, gas stove. Utilities combined run $80-$130 per month, depending on the season (higher in the summer with AC). Verizon Fios wifi $10 each (We got a good deal lol).

One room ($1300) available for asap move in and the other ($1350) is available July 1st

This isn't for a sublease, and there is a basic application process.

Looking for people who are generally pretty chill and laid back with open and respectful communication if there are issues. Mid 20s-30s. All genders and identities welcome. Don’t need to be besties, but would like people we get along with who lightly converse in the common living space or down to watch the sunset on the roof or watch a movie every now and then. Looking for someone who will share cleaning duties/purchasing of general use supplies and clean up after themselves in the common areas. We understand life happens and we can’t always do the dishes right away, just don’t leave it for extended periods of time and cleans/respects shared utensils. Ideally, you’re someone who either doesn’t cook a lot or has an equal mix of cooking your own food and ordering out. The kitchen isn’t very big and doesn’t work if everyone cooks all of their meals. Guests welcome every now and then, but no loud parties. You will be sharing a bathroom with the other new tenant. The building is pretty quiet during the day and occasional parties in the backyard during the summer. There is roof access and maintenance is pretty good about fixing things.

No couples sharing rooms or WFH full time. No smoking inside.

About us: 2 females, early-mid 30s.
I live at work and I'm only home 2 days a week. Just looking for roomies that are chill and clean.

I work 5 days in the city, schedule kind of all over. Down to converse or explore together. I currently work in coffee/cocktails and have a decent amount of plants and tons of art supplies I’m down to share in a craft & cocktail night, and am always willing to share my coffee beans I bring home from work.
*I do have a 7 year old female cat (her name is Maud!) in the apartment already who free roams as queen of the land and will try to snuggle with you if I’m not around and/or take a nap in your closet or on your bed. She is very calm and inquisitive with people- her favorite pastime is to sit and observe (see: judge). However, she is fairly dramatic when it comes to other female cats. Not initiating fighting, just a lot of hissing (insert eye roll). She’s usually pretty good with dogs or male himbo cats. There is a 2nd cat in the apartment currently that came in as a kitten and is now tolerated and they play every now and then. The other cat will be moving out, so if you have a pet and are willing to try, we can give it a go. It will just take Maud a while to warm up. <3
