April Bushwick Sublet Near Morgan Ave

I'm subletting my room in a 4 bed apartment in Bushwick/East Williamsburg through April. Currently the room is only available from the end of March through to the end of April but there may be a chance to sign on the lease after!

The room is fully furnished with a bed, desk and good storage. It is in the basement of a two floor apartment but it's a pretty decent size and the light is actually ok. Genuinely, the place looks much better than on these photos.

We also have a garden and a rooftop which will be more enjoyable as the weather gets warmer. There is a second toilet downstairs too which, although technically shared, is basically like having your own en suite which is pretty nice.

You'll be sharing with 3 other professionals (26-30) who are super lovely and laidback. Two journalists from the US and India and a rugby player from the UK. We often hang out together in the shared living space, have movie/game nights, Sunday morning debriefs, shared meals etc. but everyone respects each other's personal space and has their own lives too.

We're super close to the L train (less than 5 min walking) as well as to Maria Hernandez park and Knickerbocker Ave. There are great cafes, bars and thrift stores really close by, as well as clubs if you're into that kind thing, and we're just 20 mins from Manhattan.
