You'll love your new room in Bushwick area of Brooklyn, New York at Cornelia St x Wilson Ave. We're looking preferably for a feminine/queer individual (although we’re open) to take over the lease, sign and commit to the end of September 2025. It’s a 3-bedroom apartment. We’re looking for a 3rd roommate for a small room who is employed, values communication, clean and tidy, very considerate of others, and wants to contribute to a comfortable living environment for all. If this sounds like you, great! Then are you able to pay 2,100 up front and then 1,00 on the 15th of each month in advance for the following month? If YES, then we welcome you into our home to share our cozy apartment.

BR1 = I’m 23 years old, a Beauty & Makeup Artist fully employed and a full-time student. As a queer male, I’m into fashion, Instagram photography, very social lovable person, who enjoys making new friends, traveling, music & singing, with an awesome family in the west coast.
BR2 = My roommate is a sweet female, 21 years old with 1 small dog & 1 cat. She loves traveling, music & family. We both love living our most authentic lives here in NYC are very friendly while at the same time give our roommates privacy & respect.
