We're looking for a wonderful woman to join our home while I'm away traveling.

A spacious, sun-filled room is available in our beautiful Bushwick apartment starting July 1st. We've loved living here and are hoping to find someone who'll feel at home here while I'm away.

**The room**
• Large, peaceful, and filled with natural light all day
• Overlooks a quiet backyard, so you'll wake up to birds instead of traffic
• Fully furnished with a queen-size bed, walk-in closet, dresser, and nightstands

**The apartment**
The apartment occupies the entire top (3rd) floor, with no neighbors above or beside us. High ceilings and windows on three sides make it feel bright, open, and airy. There's a spacious living room and kitchen, plenty of plants, and lots of room to relax or work from home.

This is a calm, cozy home—not a party house. We enjoy keeping the space clean and appreciate a peaceful atmosphere.

You'll be living with my two lovely roommates, Erin and Sydney. We're close friends who enjoy sharing the occasional meal or chat while also respecting each other's space. We also have Lady, our sweet senior dog, who's incredibly gentle and spends most of her days happily napping.

Our home is welcoming, heart-centered, and queer & BIPOC friendly.

**Location**
• 3-minute walk to the M train (Central Ave)
• 7-minute walk to the J train (Kosciuszko) — about 15 minutes to Manhattan
• 11-minute walk to the L train
• Grocery stores, laundromats, cafés, yoga studios, vintage shops, bars, and restaurants all nearby

**Rent**
• $1,950/month + utilities ($50–90)
• Available July 1st
• Ideally an 8-month stay (flexible for the right person)
• First month's rent + security deposit

A little about me: I'm a designer and yoga teacher, and I'll be traveling for the next several months.
