We’re offering a furnished queen-sized room in our spacious 3-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom apartment located in Bushwick, just a short walk to the Myrtle-Wyckoff M/L stops.

About Us:
The apartment is shared with two working professionals, who both identify as queer men. We both work hybrid schedules, so we’re mindful of shared space usage during the work week.

About the Room:
- Queen-sized bed included with bedframe and mattress.
- Furnished with a closet, dresser and TV.
- Move-in ready.
- The room is available because our old roommate got a new job and had to move quickly for their position.

About the Apartment:
Shared spaces include:
- Fully equipped kitchen
- 1.5 bathrooms
- Full basement, offering: Extra storage space, half bath, and a living room.
- Coin-operated laundry machines located in the basement.
- Shared backyard access with the other first-floor unit.

Location:
A 10 minute walk to the M/L trains at Myrtle-Wyckoff, making commuting easy.
Everything you need is close by:
Two Food Bazaar supermarkets, Duane Reade, CVS, and other shops, cafes, and restaurants are all within walking distance or right off the train.

About You:
We’re looking for someone who is clean, respectful, and fits well with our home dynamic. Ideally, you have a flexible schedule to balance the space if working from home, as two of us already do part-time.
We’re looking for someone who can commit to staying until 7/31/26, which is when our lease ends, but not a deal breaker if you can’t.
