- Trains: 5 min walk to M train at Central Ave station, 7 min walk to J & Z trains at Myrtle Ave station, 13 min walk to L train at Morgan Avenue Subway Station. 18 minutes to Manhattan.
- Furniture included: bed, mattress, closet, dresser, curtains/shades, desk, chair, sofa, kitchen table.
- Washer and dryer downstairs in building.
- On the same block as cafe’s, restaurants, gym, bars.
- Utilities: $165 per month (internet, gas, heat, hot water).

Our rooms are designed for single occupancy, and with a no-pet policy to maintain a peaceful and well-balanced living environment. We also conduct interviews before move-in to ensure compatibility and a positive atmosphere in each apartment.
