Hello,

We’re looking for a 3rd person to re-sign a lease in September for this 3 bed room apt in bushwick. The apt is located 2 minutes from Maria Hernandez park (many bars and restaurants) and 6 minutes from the L Morgan Av station.

We’re 2 working professionals in our late 20s-SUPER early 30s (lol), and are very neat and quiet. Seriously you may not hear or see us for days at a time.

The apt has central heat and AC and an indoor balcony (seriously).

Total utilities are super cheap and is around 60 in the winter, fall, spring, and around 90 in the summer.
