Room available for fellow Musicians/creatives

Wanted: chill, respectful, mature musicians and/or creatives

Howdy, I've got one open room starting June 1st. It would be for a 2 month sublet at $1200 and then a 12 month takeover of the lease at $1225.

We'd love to find peeps who:

- want a cozy home, where roomies are friendly and respectful
- find a music space to practice as a plus
- Don’t mind practice time during normal hours
- Keep common spaces (kitchen/living room/band space) clean
- talk through conflicts rather than bottle them up, no need for drama :]
- will work as a team to take care of our shared home with weekly chore chart and monthly roomie meetings

About the apartment/building:

- Great Bushwick location: 3 min walk from L train and 10 min from M and J
- tons of world-class venues and bars in walking distance
- only 30/40 min commute to LES of Manhattan
- 1st floor apartment with basement
- two bedrooms on each level
- full gear music space in the basement floor
- Private access to backyard
- Rooftop with wonderful skyline view
- In-building washer dryer
- Central heating and air conditioning

Mau (homie who’s moving out) is game to leave/sell most of the furniture if wanted.

About us:
Joey (he/they):
30 year old queer creative with a day-job in child-care. Music is the passion (in a band and also a producer). Big on listening and keeping shared spaces clean. Loves game nights, books, cooking, running around like a golden retriever, and yoga.

Natt (he/they):
26 year old gay creative who works in pre-k and produces music. Loves to cook, game, and go out with friends.

We will be finding one more roommate for our Aug 1st renewal in our other basement room.
