Wanted: chill, respectful, mature musicians and/or creatives

Howdy, I've got an open room starting July 1st. It would be for a 1 month sublet at $975 and then a 12 month takeover of the lease at $1010.

We'd love to find peeps who:

- want a cozy home, where roomies are friendly and respectful
- find a music space to practice as a plus
- Don’t mind practice time during normal hours
- Keep common spaces (kitchen/living room/band space) clean
- talk through conflicts rather than bottle them up, no need for drama :]
- will work as a team to take care of our shared home with weekly chore chart and monthly roomie meetings

About the apartment/building:

- Great Bushwick location: 3 min walk from L train and 10 min from M and J
- tons of world-class venues and bars in walking distance
- only 30/40 min commute to LES of Manhattan
- 1st floor apartment with basement
- two bedrooms on each level
- full gear music space in the basement floor
- Private access to backyard
- Rooftop with wonderful skyline view
- In-building washer dryer
- Central heating and air conditioning

About me:
Joey (he/they):
30 year old queer creative with a day-job in child-care. Music is the passion (in a band and also a producer). Big on listening and keeping shared spaces clean. Loves game nights, books, cooking, running around like a golden retriever, and yoga.

Natt (any/all genderfluid)
26 year old artist working as a preschool teacher in cobble hill. Currently using music as my main medium (production and vocalist). I spend my free time at queer events, writing music, and playing DND. Big gay nerd here, can talk about pokemon forever. In the apartment, I love keeping shared spaces ready for the next person to use, and communicating needs to reciprocate generosity. Would love to make art together to decorate our shared spaces :)
