I have a sunny bedroom for rent in a three bedroom apartment. It is available January 1st.

The apartment is on the third floor and there are lots of stairs due to high ceilings. There is an amazing skylight in the common area. Hardwood floors cover the apartment except the kitchen and bathroom which are tiled. The bathroom has a sunken in bathtub and the bathroom is supplied with toilet paper and hand soap. The kitchen is supplied fully equipped and I provide dish soap as well.

The bedroom has a closet and two windows facing south and one window facing east allowing for plenty of sunlight.

The apartment is located 2 blocks from the M train at Knickerbocker, 5 blocks from the L train at DeKalb, and 5 blocks to the J at Koskiosko. All three trains are less than 20 minutes to Manhattan.

The apartment is close to laundry, cafes, library, grocery shops, and more.

I love this neighborhood!!! I spend most of my time reading, writing, and enjoying time in Maria Hernandez Park. The other roommate and myself are quiet, respectful and easy to get along with.
