Location! Location! Location! I’m looking for a roommate (female preferred) to move in to a new apartment with me in a calm and serene area on the border of East Williamsburg/Ridgewood. The apartment has a ton of light. It's also the center of getting anywhere (24min to manhattan, less than 15min to any brooklyn club, venue, restaurant, etc). It's the most convenient (AND SAFE!) NYC location. You’ll only have two roommates. This is a 12-month lease with the option to renew if you’d like.

This will work best for someone looking for a turn-key room with lots of amenities, not someone looking for an unfurnished room, further from the subway, that requires them to share 1 bathroom with 3-5 other people. The price is $2199 furnished with all amenities listed below. Price can be dropped if you want it unfurnished.

- This is a big one. The building is in a very safe and calm area. Even if you don’t room here, if you’re new to the city, I’d urge you to avoid anything along Myrtle Ave or south of Myrtle Ave.

It’s important to me that whoever I move forward with is reliable with the rent. The minimum income to rent this awesome room is $85k. If you have a guarantor, the minimum income they must have is $100k. Any new roommates will need to be approved by management. They have a very quick turnaround time for approval.
